Refund Policy

At Dhanzio, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, which is why we have established this Refund Policy to outline our guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
2. Returns Eligibility
2.1 Timeframe
You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. Items returned after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2.2 Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn and unused
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Free from any damage caused by the customer
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized jewelry pieces
- Items that have been altered, resized, or modified after purchase
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to improper handling or care
3. Return Process
3.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@dhanzio.com or call +201320060473 within the eligible return period.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions if your request is approved.
- Package the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with the RAN and any documentation provided.
- Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
3.2 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to a defect, damage during shipping, or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
3.3 Inspection
All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If the item does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or offer a partial refund.
4. Refund Process
4.1 Refund Methods
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Credit/Debit Card Purchases: Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- Digital Wallet Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original wallet account within 3-5 business days.
- Bank Transfers/Net Banking: Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.
4.2 Refund Amount
The refund will include the full purchase price of the item(s) and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
If you used a promotional code or discount, the refund will be adjusted accordingly based on the actual amount paid.
4.3 Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may issue a partial refund:
- If the returned item shows signs of wear, usage, or damage not present when the item was shipped
- If the item is returned without original packaging or accompanying documentation
- If only part of a set or collection is returned
5. Exchanges
We do not directly process exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
If the item you wish to exchange for is of greater value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
6.1 Manufacturing Defects
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the defective item at no cost to you.
All items come with our lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details.
6.2 Shipping Damage
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the damaged item at no cost to you.
7. International Returns
For international orders, the same return policy applies with the following additional conditions:
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and any other fees associated with the return.
- The return must be shipped with a carrier that provides tracking information.
- The return timeframe is extended to 30 days from the date of delivery to accommodate international shipping times.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase.
8. Gift Returns
If the item was purchased as a gift, we can issue a store credit to the gift recipient for the value of the item. The gift recipient will need to provide the order number or other proof of purchase.
Alternatively, we can process the refund to the original purchaser's payment method with their consent.
9. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
